Sarah will be teaching our SNOvember yoga classes on November 7th and November 9th in our Boulder store at 8am! The Snovember yoga for skiers classes will focus on all the muscles that skiers use:  calves, quadriceps, hamstrings, hips, shoulders, even your feet!  You can use this sequence of yoga poses to stay flexible and help strengthen your skiing muscles. Interview with Emily Summersett, founder of the 100% rubber LuvMat Emily is a local Colorado gal who grew up just down the street in Lousiville, Co. She and her husband, Scott met in college, fell in love with yoga, and decided to make a name for themselves in the yoga world. Their new LuvMat, made from 100% rubber, debuted this May and has gotten rave reviews throughout the local yoga community!

outdoor DIVAS offers a women’s yoga class focused around snow sports on March 1st Stretch for the slopes this season with a yoga class for snowboarders and skiers. This class will teach you key poses to warm you up pre-ski, stretch you out apres-ski, and how to train for the mountain. You’ll also learn how to avoid injury on the slopes.
